KeyCaliber’s mission is to advance the capabilities of security, IT/infrastructure, and risk programs in a meaningful and cost-effective way. We have years of experience defending networks and quantifying cyber risk so we understand that organizations can be extremely complex, implementing risk reduction measures can be immensely challenging, and cyber attackers can be very sophisticated. We are here to make the fight not just manageable but winnable.

Roselle Safran
CEO
Roselle spent a decade as a cybersecurity practitioner and leader before becoming an entrepreneur. She led cybersecurity operations at the Executive Office of the President during the Obama Administration, directing tactical measures and strategic initiatives for protecting and defending the White House’s network.
Prior she managed the computer forensics and malware analysis teams at the Department of Homeland Security’s US-CERT. With an understanding of the needs and technology gaps in the industry, she switched gears to cybersecurity entrepreneurship. The first cybersecurity company she founded was Uplevel Security, which was acquired by McAfee. KeyCaliber is the second cybersecurity startup she has founded.

Bryan Bickford
CTO
Bryan has an applied math degree and over a decade of experience building complex analytical software. He has worked as a full-stack engineer and back-end engineer at multiple early-stage startups, and as a data scientist at VisiTrend, which was acquired by Carbon Black.
Early in his career he specialized in the offensive side of cybersecurity and did engineering work on projects for the defense industrial base modeling offensive and defensive cyber assets.

Nardia Meenan
VP OF OPERATIONS
A former United States Marine, she worked on logistics and services operations teams. She then joined the Department of Homeland Security as a cybersecurity analyst. Later, while a part of Deloitte’s Security Managed Services division, she specialized in threat intelligence.
There, Nardia was responsible for delivering threat intelligence services across Deloitte’s Global Large Enterprise customer base. At Salesforce, she briefed Business Unit leaders on threat intelligence matters, directed at improving the company’s defenses. She leverages customer focused program execution to deliver highest customer value.
